ULTRA HI-PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE
Makes 3-4 Pancakes
2 scoops Wholesome Chow's Organic Hi-Protein Pancake Mix
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp Ground or Whole Flax Seeds
1 1/4 cup Milk (Non-Dairy or Dairy) (add more by the tbsp if batter is too thick)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar OR 1 egg
Oil or Cooking Spray
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well with your clean fingers.
In a small bowl, combine milk and apple cider vinegar and whisk well. Let sit for 2 minutes.
Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and whisk well.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F; grease with cooking spray or 1 tbsp oil. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
Cook until edges are golden and crisp. Flip and repeat. Center should become cooked through.
